We can’t wait to meet you!
Consider this your invitation to join us for the best night of your week!
Here at New Hope Community Church, church is a family of rough & tumble handymen, bearded hipsters, white-haired grandmas, artsy musicians, corporate CEOs, energetic kids, and everyone in between. It doesn’t matter if you come from a church background or if you misplaced your Bible a long time ago—you are welcome here!
Our culture unashamedly revolves around Jesus and His Kingdom, and that translates into vibrant services with passionate teaching and music. Because Jesus is our focus, we’ve found that the standard for people in our church and our sphere of influence is hope, life to the max, and breakthrough.
Below are a few details about our church that we hope will put you at ease and make your visit with us smooth. So with that… welcome home.
What does a service look like?
Our Saturday night services last about an hour and a half (6pm–7:30), and feature a vibrant message of hope from the Bible, inspiring live worship music, and an opportunity for prayer. Friendly ‘service hosts’ in red lanyards will meet you at the door and show you where our bathrooms are, where our cafe is, and even help you find a seat in the Main Room if you need it—and they will be available throughout the night if you have any questions.
Where should I sit?
You are welcome to sit anywhere you’d like in our Main Room. If you need special accommodation in seating arrangements, any of our friendly service hosts in a red lanyard will be more than happy to assist.
What time does service start?
Our Saturday night services begin at 6pm. We suggest arriving a bit early—5 or 10 minutes will be plenty of time!—to drop your kids off at Kingdom Kidz, and to check out our InfoBar in the Main Room for resources, including a free gift and free coffee from Flood City Cafe for first time guests! There’s always something special going on at the best night of your week, so you won’t want to be late!
Should I bring anything with me, and what should I wear?
Most people come in casual jeans—but it’s not what you’re wearing that matters, so come as you are and experience what God has for you in a comfortable and inviting environment. If you’d like, you can bring a Bible and a notebook for taking notes.
What about my kids?
While you are enjoying the service in the Main Room, your kids will have the same experience formatted just for them in Kingdom Kidz, our dynamic & safe ministry for your little ones, from birth up to age 12. They’ll have a blast with exciting music, games & prizes, and an age-appropriate lesson from the Bible! Just show up a few minutes early to register and drop off your kids.
Where can I park?
There is a parking lot behind our church, and also Gittler’s Aquarium & Aviary offers their parking lot for us, which is directly across the street. Of course, since we are situated conveniently in the heart of the Moxham neighborhood, many simply walk to church during nice weather.
