Fall Groups

Groups is the best way to connect with others and learn more about following Jesus all while having fun together. There are three groups in three locations this fall: 

Alpha Group

Time: Sundays, 2pm
Location: Solomon Homes, David Ickes’ Apt.

Alpha is a video-based group where we discuss basic questions about Christianity such as why/how do I pray? How does God guide us? How can I resist evil?

Ephesians Group

Time: Tuesdays, 7pm
Location: Moxham, NHCC Cafe (200 Ohio St.)

Ephesians is a question-based group that will study the book of Ephesians verse-by-verse.

Overcomers Group

Time: Wednesdays, 7pm
Location: Moxham, Nigel Jules’ Apt.

Overcomers is a video-based group where we discuss how we can overcome based on verses from the book of Ephesians.

Moxham Block Party

Time: Saturday || Sept. 8 || 3-7pm
Location: Park Ave. & Village St.

New Hope will be once again be partnering with area congregations and the Johnstown Neighborhood Boosters to be hosting the annual Moxham Block Party. The block party will feature live music, free food, bounce houses, activities for the kids, and more! We will be hosting our Saturday night service as the finale of the block party at 6pm in Moxham Lutheran Church’s parking lot. We hope you’ll join!

Men’s Breakfast

Time: Saturday || Sept. 22 || 9-10am
Location: NHCC Cafe (200 Ohio St.)

Calling all men, dudes, bros, & amigos to join us for our monthly men’s breakfast. Get connect and enjoy a hearty breakfast & quality iron-sharpening-iron conversation.

New Hope’s 4th Birthday!!

Time: Saturday || Sept. 22 || 6-7:30pm
Location: NHCC Main Room (200 Ohio St.)

This year New Hope Community Church is celebrating four years of ministry in Moxham! This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family who haven’t been to church in a while or have never been to church. Service will feature live music, an inspiring message of hope, and a stroll down memory lane. You don’t want to miss it!

New Message Series: “Walls Fall”

Saturday, September 22, we will be launching a brand new fall series talking about how we can bring down walls that may stand between us and the great life God has planned for us. Plan to invite a friend and expect to break out of sins, habits, and hangups that have been keeping you from Jesus!
